Our Fiji Honeymoon Exceeded our Expectations!

We had a wonderful time! The Fijian people were amazing and their smiles are contagious! We had Adi as our Bure Mama (private butler) and we wanted to bring her home with us!! The scuba diving was great - we didn’t go fishing as no one was catching anything but we did everything else!!

Thank you so much for suggesting First Landing Resort - we loved it and it was an awesome start to our honeymoon. The dayroom was beautiful and just what we needed to shower and sleep until our private Villa with swimming pool (which was so amazing) was ready. It went perfect! Our seaplane adventure was fine but they did have some issues later that week and then the mechanic arrived to take care of things.

Turtle Island exceeded our every expectation - and we made such wonderful new friends. If you would like I can send you something in writing so you’ll have our comments if you ever want to use them on your website!

We are back home and had a wonderful time in Maui…

We are back home and had a wonderful time in Maui... the beach wedding was perfect and all the activities you arranged for us were great. The surfing lessons with the Royal Hawaiian Surf Academy and the Old Lahaina Luau you arranged were both wonderful! The Hyatt Regency Maui worked out great and we all enjoyed all it had to offer… the beach, pool, spa, restaurants, etc.

Thanks for all your help setting this up for us. We appreciate it and will be happy to share your name and contact information with others headed to Maui.

I was just thinking of you yesterday. You really came through for us last Friday when we were turned around due to the fire on the road while trying to make it to our return flight after the wedding on Maui. We missed getting through to the airport by about 10 cars and the fire was right there by us.

It saved us a tremendous amount of time and stress to fly directly from the small Kapalua Airport to Kahului Airport. Some people on our flight did the long drive and said it was tedious and one lane in parts. We really appreciate your extra effort in putting that all together and changing our flights within an hour. Great job! It really helps to have a “Travel Agent friend on Maui”! [Read more]

Our Expectations of the trip to Fiji Were Immediatly Exceeded!

My Husband and I just got back from our first 7 day vacation at Turtle Island, Fiji. We honestly felt like this was one of the best trips we have ever had in our lives. It immediately became clear that our expectations were by far exceeded. We knew it would be a beautiful island setting and have excellent service but we truly didn’t expect to make the friends that we did.

The “Family Table” concept may not appeal to everyone but we loved it. We took the opportunity to have a private beach picnic and to dine by ourselves on the pontoon but always looked forward to getting back to the group.

Lunch went on until 5:30 one day we were all having such a good time! The fabulous food and wine always makes for good conversation but the other guests we met, the entire staff, esepcially our Bure Mama, and the managers Paul and Amanda really became our friends. It is amazing how quickly you can get to know someone when you are in such a beautiful, relaxed environment. We have already signed up for another 10 day trip and we can hardly wait!

You provided my wife and I with outstanding personalized service in preparing our trip (that due to unexpected wedding budget overruns, we were unfortunately unable to take at that time). It was so outstanding that when my friend Mike B said that he was planning his honeymoon to Fiji, I told him that he MUST contact you to plan a trip.

Turtle Island was so fantastic - I fell in love & gained 5 lbs!

We had a wonderful time on Turtle Island for our honeymoon! I fell in love with the Fijian people & gained 5 lbs in 1 week with all the great food! We also really enjoyed scuba diving. I hope to go back one day… Thank you for all of your help arranging our vacation. It was by far the best place we have ever visited in our lives!

Mahalo for Everything! Our Hawaiian Weddingmoon was Perfect!

I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for everything! The whole weddingmoon trip to the islands was a blast and everyone had just a fabulous time. The Old Lahaina luau and surfing lesson were so much fun - definitely worth it!
It is hard to nail down our favorite place, as each island was so unique and had so many fun adventures. We really loved Kauai, as we drove around to Hanalei on the North Shore, and we fell in love with that area. We lucked out with the earthquake as we left the Big Island the day prior - whew! Though we did feel it over on Kauai.

I would be more than happy to be a reference for you, as you really made our whole wedding and honeymoon so much easier. It was great to have everything taken care of ahead of time, so all we had to do was show up. I’ll send you a link to our online photos and feel free to use them too. I think that is ok as far as usage rights?

Hope all is well, and thanks again for everything… Hopefully we’ll be back to the islands soon!

Wadigi Island was the honeymoon of my dreams!

Hi Teresa,
Oh my goodness - words cannot describe how perfect Wadigi Island was for us! First, for future, we will CERTAINLY helicopter over to Wadigi. After flying for so long on a plane, we just wanted to be there and waiting around for so long was the only “un-fun” part of the trip. So, I know we could only go early if no one was there, but the 2-hour catamaran really did drag on. So, I know you warned us and we should have listened…the extra money would have been worth the helicopter - so next time.

But, WOW when we got there, everything was worth it! We knew it the moment we saw the island. I get teary-eyed just thinking about it. Boof the dog was waiting for us with his beautiful lei on..he was so cute. Tia came over and picked us up on the boat and while we were coming in, everyon was waving and waiting for us.

But we walked up all the stairs and got to the top where the Fijian staff was singing and playing guitars and waiting with a nice welcome drink. We just wanted to take a shower, but afterwards we enjoyed a wonderful lunch. The food was absolutely amazing the entire time…seriously very gourmet. The accomodations were incredible. We loved the outdoor shower and it was air-conditioned in the suites so that was nice too. We ate outside everyday with the breeze blowing. The infinity pool was to die for...we spent a LOT of time there.

Ryan likes to tell people “the water was as blue as the sky, which was bright blue EVERY day.” and that is so true. The weather could not have been nicer. Bright and sunny every day - very little humidity.

While we were there, we went snorkelling several times - Vika always packed us a nice cooler full of sodas and water so we could enjoy a cold drink out on the water. Tia and Meke were so much fun - they took us to all these places and helped us with EVERYTHING. We had never been snorkelling so I was a bit scared and Tia just eased me into the water and I was a pro in no time!

We went tubing and water skiing…we even got Meke to try! It was so much fun. Tia took us to his village (which was no extra cost) and it was very cool to see the different culture. We bought lots of souvenirs from them, which they thanked us profusely for.

So, what did I leave out? Something, I’m sure. But everything was phenomenal. We had the BEST time. It was soooo romantic and we had lots of romantic moments and time to ourselves. But when we wanted someone to help us with something or make us a drink, they were right there. It was perfect - if we wanted to be left alone, you wouldn’t even know they were there…you could walk around nude! But, if you needed ANYTHING, they were right there. Boof was great b/c we LOVE dogs and we missed our boy Jake so much.

You know, when we first booked this place we did it because we knew we would never do something like this again. We wanted a honeymoon we would never forget. And, we got it. However, we are already planning on how we can save enough money to go back!

Well I have taken up enough of your time - I could talk about it forever - I really could. I have my pictures in an album and I have been showing EVERYBODY back here. Everyone is so impressed and just can’t believe their eyes. They were in awe…which is exactly how we were the whole time on the island. I cannot thank you enough for the honeymoon of my dreams…I will never forget it. And we will be calling you in the near future to try and set up going again.
